Haiying Li

Haiying Li, CPATax Manager

An Honors graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. Haiying has been working in public accounting since 2000, with significant expertise in the preparation of individual, business, trust and FBAR tax returns. He has worked extensively with small and medium-sized businesses in various industries to review their accounting practices and financial statements. As part of his professional experience, Haiying has handled tax notices with complicated tax issues and consultations with tax authorities for our clients and has been successful in helping many clients achieve substantial savings through tax planning. He has great expertise in handling alternative minimum taxes resulted from the exercise of incentive stock options. In addition, he also has intensive experience in international and expatriate taxation.

Haiying is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Society of Accountants.

Haiying is also fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
